BMG Mobile Detailing was built from the ground up by Bobby MacAulay, a 17-year-old entrepreneur from Swampscott, Massachusetts. Bobby grew up obsessed with cars, competing on the ice in hockey, perfecting his swing on the golf course, and traveling the world — and somewhere along the way realized that nobody was bringing a truly premium detailing experience to the driveways of the North Shore.
So he built it himself.
BMG isn't a franchise or a corporate operation. It's Bobby showing up to your driveway personally, treating every car like it's his own, and obsessing over every detail until the job is done right. When you book BMG, you're not getting a random contractor — you're getting the owner, every single time.

What is ceramic coating and how long does it last?

Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that bonds to your paint, creating a durable protective layer against UV, salt, sap, and contamination. Our professional-grade coating lasts 2–5 years and dramatically eases upkeep — especially critical for North Shore coastal cars.
